Shipping
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation or tracking email.
Each piece is carefully selected, inspected, cleaned, and prepared in our London studio before dispatch.
DHL Express Shipping
We also offer DHL Express shipping for customers who need their order sooner. DHL Express orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch
Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
If you are purchasing a gift and need your order urgently, please email us before placing your order. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to arrange a faster dispatch for you!
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping for customers purchasing one of our special pieces as a gift.
If your order is a gift, please leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order, and we will do our best to prepare it beautifully.Estimated Delivery Times
We are based in London, United Kingdom, and ship worldwide.
UK: usually 2–3 business days after dispatch
International: 4-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, local postal services, public holidays, or courier delays.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when they arrive in your country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees, as they are set by each country’s customs authority.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Returns & Cancellations
Please read each product description carefully before placing your order. Every watch listing includes important information about the item’s condition, size, materials, and vintage details.
We begin preparing orders quickly, so please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation.
After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customised, altered, hand-finished, made-to-order, personalised, discounted, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
For eligible ready-to-ship pieces, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Vintage & Antique Timepieces
Many of our watches are vintage or antique pieces. This means small signs of age, wear, or natural variation may be present.
Each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, photographed, and checked before dispatch. Any noticeable marks, ageing, or condition details will be mentioned in the product description where relevant.
Please remember that vintage watches are not brand-new factory-made pieces. Their charm comes from their rarity, history, and individual character.
Watch Care
To preserve your piece for as long as possible:
Avoid water, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, and harsh chemicals.
Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Do not wear every day if you want to preserve the finish for longer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake before dispatch, email us as soon as possible with your order number and full name.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the additional postage fee has been paid.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are shipped with tracking.
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking link first. International parcels can sometimes take longer due to customs or local postal delays.
If tracking has stopped updating for an unusual amount of time, please contact us by email with your order number and we will review it with you.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the postal service, we will work with you to find the best solution.
Damaged Items
All watches are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the packaging
a short description of the issue
